This quote is so true! Yesterday my principal called to inform me that I would be teaching FIRST GRADE! I nearly screamed in his ear with excitement!! I had been hoping, wishing, praying and crossing my fingers & toes for this lovely grade level. Next week I have orientation and hopefully I will get into my future garden themed classroom to start decorating and organizing!!

I'm just starting out into my first year of teaching (and blogging about teaching) in Ireland so perhaps we'll have some similar experiences along the way!
